Refund policy

As the exclusive agent, we guarantee the quality and safety of every product. For health and hygiene reasons:

  1. Cosmetic Products: Returns or exchanges for perfumes, serums, and skincare products are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.

  2. Exceptions: We will immediately replace any product that arrives damaged or if there is an error in your order, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.

  3. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched with the courier.
